Grace Cathedral has a lively community of seniors who contribute enormously to the life of the cathedral. While seniors are part of all our ministries, we also have a ministry to seniors.
We are looking to expand our work with seniors by providing more community opportunities and especially in focusing on the particular needs of LGBTQ seniors. Grace provides advocacy for seniors in care and financial support in a limited number of individual cases. For more information on our ministry to seniors, please contact the Rev. Canon Nina Pickerrell at firstname.lastname@example.org or (415) 749-6391.
People of all ages are welcome to Senior Community Days on the third Thursday of every month. We offer hot breakfast and lunch, an entertaining speaker, the opportunity for worship and great fellowship.
We have an annual Health Fair for seniors and their families. See photos from our 2018 health fair.
