About the Program:

In a world where inequality is growing daily, children of lesser means are markedly disadvantaged when competing against children of privilege. According to Dr. Norton Grubb, Title I schools (schools that receive additional funds for educationally disadvantaged students) can't get better without better principals.

In this Forum, Grubb will discuss the crisis facing Title I schools, and other growing concerns about the divide of access that exists in today's world of American education.
