Mickey Hart, an author and social activist who for almost thirty years
was an integral part of the rock group the Grateful Dead, will offer
insights on how to reconnect to the basic cycles of life. He is joined
by ethnomusicologist Frederic Lieberman, co-author of several books
with Hart. From our mother's heart beat in the womb, through the patterns
of days and of seasons, all things in life have their own rhythm. But
what happens when we become disconnected from the rhythms of life? Hear
how music and rhythm can help you bring your life back into balance.
