St. Luke Window: Left Lancet, small medallion 1

"The Good Samaritan" aids a beaten traveler (S. Luke X.34). "The Good Samaritan" pours oil and wine on the man's wounds. Note the sheltering tree and donkey.

Through the base of the lancets is the phrase, "Forgive and ye shall/ be forgiven" (S. Luke VI.37).
