Reserved seating for families with children is provided during the 11:00 am service. As you enter the Cathedral with your children, please find the section reserved for families in the first five pews at the front of the nave, just to the left of the main nave aisle. If your children are participating in our Sunday School programming, you can then accompany them to our Sunday School rooms downstairs and return to the family section. (These pews are roped off, so please remove the rope and be seated.) We'll bring the children back upstairs to join you for Communion, and because you're seated in the family section, we'll know just where to find you!
During Coffee Hour (after the 11:00 am service) Ministries for Families, Children, and Youth welcomes all to a special table where cookies, fruit and punch are provided for the children.
The table is where current information on liturgical activities and community building events for children and youth can be found. Around this table children gather to play and parents gather to connect and converse. From spring through fall, Coffee Hour is held on the Cathedral Plaza, in winter it is moved to Gresham Hall.

Infants and toddlers up to age five may be cared for in our Nursery during Sunday morning services from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Each child must be registered in the Nursery by an accompanying adult. Parents or guardians are required to remain on the Cathedral Close at all times; pagers are available. Parents are urged to sit in our family seating section so they may be quickly located in case of an emergency. If you wish to have your nursery-age child with you during Communion, please come to the Nursery at the Offertory to collect him or her personally.
