Incarnation: For Grown-Ups
A Christmas morning meditation on "the Word that became flesh and dwelt among us" in which the Rev. Cn. Mary E. Haddad suggests that, if Christmas is for kids, the incarnation is for grown-ups. We are to put away our Christmas toys of plastic guns and soldiers and become grown-up children of God. We are to become grown-ups like Jesus and participate in the healing and repair of our broken and aching world.
