We're now offering all our archived content in mp3 format for improved performance. The mp3 file will still play in the Real Player -- or whichever media player is selected in your browser preferences.
Help with Real Audio and Video
Most of the audio and video files on GraceOnline are provided in a format called RealAudio or RealVideo. These formats allow you to listen to our audio or video content in real time without waiting for your computer to download a large file.
Downloading the player
Download RealPlayer from RealNetworks to view or hear these files.

Webcasts at GraceCathedral.org
Grace Cathedral is proud to offer weekly live webcasts of The Forum, Sunday Choral Eucharist and select special events. To listen to a live webcast, visit the home page (www.gracecathedral.org) 15 minutes prior to the event start time and click the "listen" link. If you do not see the link, make sure it's the right time. You may need to refresh the page for the link to become active.
Help with iTunes for Podcasting
Many of our programs are available as a podcast and can be delivered automatically to your desktop and easily transferred to an iPod or other portable device.
Popular podcast players include iTunes (Windows/Mac), iPodder (for Windows) (for Mac), or Doppler (Windows only).
ITunes Instructions
To add feeds manually using iTunes, click on the "podcasts" menu item on the left hand side underneath "Library". On the top menu, go to "advanced" and choose "Subscribe to Feed." In the window, paste in the desired feed URL and click OK. The feed will now appear in the podcasts main window of your iTunes. Right-click on the feed and choose "Update podcast" to get the latest podcast segments.
Scheduling: Click on the "podcasts" menu item on the left hand side underneath "Library." Click on the podcast feed you'd like to schedule and click on the "Settings" button on the bottom right of your iTunes.
Under "podcasts" and "check for new episodes" you can set your iTunes to check and download new feeds automatically and schedule it to happen hourly, daily, weekly, etc.

What kind of software do I need to listen?
Grace Cathedral's streaming mp3 audio is compatible with almost every computer platform's default media players. Popular players include iTunes, Windows Media Player, and RealPlayer. You may select your preferred player in your web browser preference menu.
Can I listen with dial-up?
Yes. Click the "dial-up" link to listen to streaming mp3 content. Older archives are available in RealPlayer format which will play at slower connection speeds.
Why has Grace Cathedral changed to mp3 format?
mp3 format works in virtually every media player available. This allows listeners to select the media player of their choice.
