Schools
Education has long been a part of the cathedral's mission. Our boys' school and coeducational preschool, located on the cathedral grounds, are tangible evidence of this commitment.
Cathedral School for Boys, founded in 1957, is an independent Episcopal school, serving the San Francisco community. The school enrolls approximately 247 boys in kindergarten through eighth grade.
The Community Preschool, founded in 2008, is a coeducational preschool for twenty-one three to five year olds that strives for a socio-economically diverse student population.
