Bishop 
Grace Cathedral is the seat of the Bishop of California, the Rt. Rev. Marc Handley Andrus.

Dean 
The Very Rev. Dr. Jane Shaw, Dean, leads the mission and ministry of the cathedral.

Trustees  Made up of forty volunteer members, the Board of Trustees is the statutory governing body of the cathedral.
Congregation Council members enhance congregational life and outreach.
Deanery Delegates represent the cathedral at Deanery meetings and Diocesan Convention.

Chapter  Composed of department heads responsible for the daily cathedral operations, Chapter contains both lay and ordained members.
Clergy and Pastoral Staff  The cathedral clergy and pastoral staff care for the spiritual needs of the congregation.
Staff  The cathedral staff is a committed group of professionals who support the many functions of the cathedral.
