They have also sung new music and commissioned several compositions. The group has toured Australia, Canada, China, Great Britain, Italy, France, and the Czech Republic. The Collegium has had master classes with a distinguished group of conductors and vocalists.

Director Bruce Fifer, who also serves as chairman of the Arts Department at the Taft School, spent 20 years with the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York before coming to Taft.

The Taft Collegium Musicum will present a one-hour concert in the Great Quire at Grace Cathedral. Admission is free -- no tickets are required.
